Seeking a dynamic Sales / Floor Manager to assist in the daily operations for our Downtown Frederick jewelry store. Ideal candidate will have retail sales or customer service experience, leadership experience, a desire for long-term career position, the ability to work with a variety of personalities, the ability to multi-task and lead the team during fast paced and high volume time, a positive and professional attitude, maturity and the ability to work in a team atmosphere, self motivation to learn, and confidence in selling and dealing with the public.
Jewelry sales or jewelry sales management experience is preferred. Excellent performance-based pay and benefits such as paid vacation, sick days, parking and team bonuses.
