Our Downtown Frederick eCommerce business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to efficiently handle online inquiries from retail customers. This individual will use multiple platforms to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of interested buyers.
The applicant must have:
  • prior experience providing customer service
  • attention to detail
  • the ability to “multi-task”
  • a desire to work for the customer and a sense of urgency
  • a general understanding of computers and Windows operating system
  • a flexible schedule (may be required to work Saturdays)
  • reliable transportation
  • the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
  • high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred skills:
  • computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
  • experience corresponding by written communication in a business setting
