Our Downtown Frederick eCommerce business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to efficiently handle online inquiries from retail customers. This individual will use multiple platforms to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of interested buyers.
The applicant must have:
- prior experience providing customer service
- attention to detail
- the ability to “multi-task”
- a desire to work for the customer and a sense of urgency
- a general understanding of computers and Windows operating system
- a flexible schedule (may be required to work Saturdays)
- reliable transportation
- the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
- high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred skills:
- computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- experience corresponding by written communication in a business setting
