Sound Bath with Joan Quinlan @ Sol Yoga

Saturday, February 25, 5:30pm-6:30pm, $25

256 W Patrick St

A Sound Bath allows frequencies and vibrations to wash over and within us at the cellular level. You are totally immersed in the frequencies from the sound waves being made by the instruments. Sound can shift frequencies from emotions such as fear, anger, etc. to vibrations of peace, serenity, love, and joy. It can alchemize and restore the normal vibration or optimal frequencies of our body’s cells by producing vibrations that alter brain waves.

A combination of gongs, Himalayan and Crystal Alchemy bowls, drums, chimes, bells, and tuning forks will be used. This inward meditative journey allows you to let go and receive a realignment of your energetic body – emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Benefits include lowered stress levels and blood pressure, improved sleep patterns, reduced anxiety, and can help with depression, trauma, and loss.

Tickets cost $25 – sign up at the link in our bio or here

Beads & Bubbly @ Give Rise Studio

Sunday, February 26, 11am-12pm, $25

In this mini workshop we will all design and make a pair of earrings and enjoy light refreshments and snacks. I will be there to guide every step of the way. Mini workshops are meant to be uplifting and fun. We will construct unique earrings, enjoy each others company and have some time to mingle after the workshop is done.

Easy to follow instruction and encouragement is sort of my thing, so I got you. There will be juice, mimosas, coffee and brunch inspired snacks. I have over 20 years of beading and jewelry teaching experience. It brings me so much joy and I thank you for allowing me to share it with you. I have a vast selection of semi precious stones, metal, glass and wood with sterling and 14k gold filled earwires. Stainless steel or posts available upon request.
