We are delighted to partner with our fine friends at Firestone’s Culinary Tavern to celebrate the harvest and the heritage of the hunt. We’ll take you on a five course BEAST & BEER tasting adventure. Each course will pair with an Attaboy Beer or Attaboy Barrel House 4oz pour.
1st Course
Trout Salad: cucumber, heirloom tomato, pepper, wonton cup.
Paired with: Attaboy Beer Cucumber & Lemon Hard Seltzer
2nd Course
Wagyu Beef Tartare: lemon, capers, roasted garlic ‘’chips’’, lemon puree.
Paired with: Attaboy Beer Creek Life Strata extra pale.
3rd Course
Guinea Hen: polenta frit, asparagus, pickles blackberry, and herb salad. Blackberry demi.
Paired with: Attaboy Barrel House Farmboy Cherry barrel aged saison with cherries.
4th Course
Venison Tri Tip: risotto, roasted summer peach, cippolini onion
Paired with: Attaboy Barrel House Farmboy barrel aged saison.
5th Course
Foraged Berry Tart: pastry creme, sucree crumble, cardamom chocolate crumble.
Paired with: Attaboy Barrel House Frederick Pie barrel aged golden sour with raspberries, cherries, boysenberries, and blueberries with vanilla and a hint of pie spices.
