Many small businesses are independent contractors themselves and/or will employ an independent contractor at some point. In this session, we will discuss how and when to hire independent contractors and the details of IC contracts. Then we’ll look at tips for how IC’s themselves can be more effective in their work and present a more professional image through their contract documentation.
