Calligraphy for Mental Health

The art of calligraphy and hand lettering is on the rise, but did you know that it’s a helpful way to deal with issues relating to mental health? Join us as we not only learn the basic techniques of brush calligraphy and hand lettering, but also how this art form can help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, etc. Students will not only learn the basics, but leave with a fun new hobby, materials, pens, practice workbook, and small project created by you!

For those who worry about being left-handed, have no fear because the instructor is as well!

This class is 3.5 hours long, instructed by a wonderful teacher & held in a light filled inspiring space.
