Learn how McCardell changed the way women dress. Enjoy the new garden surrounding the bronze statue that will grace the east end of Carroll Creek Linear Park.
This important addition to the community’s public art landscape is the Frederick Art Club’s gift to the City of Frederick and was made possible through the overwhelming generosity of local donors. The ceremony is sponsored by PNC. All ages are welcome at the free public event.
