In this light-hearted yoga practice led by trauma-sensitive yoga teacher Louise Holcomb, we will explore meditation, mindful movement, and self- care practices to leave you feeling full of heart, clear of mind, and full of confidence in yourSELF! There will be opportunities to share and/ or journal, as well as self- expression through movement. Expect a loving, judgment-free space to share community and celebrate ourselves this New Year-

Open to all people + genders. No previous yoga experience necessary- just come as you are!
