Wed. November 11: “Creating with Recycled T-shirts Craft Party” $35+$10 Kit 7p-9p
Coinciding with America Recycles Day (11/15), we are holding a special class focused on a sustainable craft project! Laura Silberman will teach us how to to cut apart an old t-shirt and make it into a yarn-like fiber that can be used to create a variety of projects. Once students make their ball of fabric, they will learn to assemble it using simple crochet methods to produce a square shape that can be used as a hot pad or oven mitt!
