Do you want to start or return to your yoga practice but are not sure where to start or which “style” of yoga is for you? We invite you to our 90-some minute workshop to sample the 6 distinct styles of yoga offered at Ananda Shala. The workshop will take you through a 15 to 20 minute sample practice of each of the following six styles of yoga: Yin, Gentle, Prana Flow, Power, Restorative and Kundalini yoga. You will have the opportunity to try a generous taste and feel of our different flavors of yoga. Bring your questions, concerns, family and friends for an interactive, fun and informative practice.
