Join Cia Parker, PsyD, fo- a 45 minute practice that includes tapping into the 5 senses to increase release of feel good neurotransmitters, to decrease the body’s stress response while enhancing the rest & digest response (parasympathetic nervous system. Enjoy a slow flow session of gentle yoga, stretching, & mobility with use of props, breath control, essential oils, wellness snacks including dark chocolate, light hands on adjustment, & soft music.
