This workshop will help us to change the lens we view our complicated imperfect and seemly ordinary daily lives through the practice of opening to, looking for, and appreciating all the abundance in our everyday moments. We are all overwhelmed by the constant bombardment of information but how do we choose the right filter for what is meaningful and important?
Over the past twenty years, studies have consistently shown the amazing benefits of these ancient practices of gratitude and mindfulness for our stronger relationships, optimism, generosity, happiness, decreased depression, and lasting satisfaction with our lives, family, friends, communities, and selves.
In this 90-minute experiential workshop, participants will practice the numerous variety of skills of gratitude and mindfulness in a relaxed, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere. Participants will be provided with materials to start this journey and sustain their practices
Tickets cost $25
