UPDATE: Unfortunately we have to cancel this session, as our teacher woke up with a fever. Save the date for our next Kinstretch lunchtime session on April 30.
About Feel Good Fridays
This April, Downtown Frederick Partnership is partnering with local fitness, health and wellness organizations to offer free or low-cost outdoor wellness classes every Friday in April. All classes take place at the Carroll Creek Amphitheater (located across the creek from the C. Burr Artz Public Library, between Carroll Street and Market Street).
