Moving Well is a system created to keep you moving with ease, focusing your mind and increasing your range of motion ((ROM) to support day to day activities. We focus on our joints to build a safe and solid foundation. Each class begins with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS) to assess, improve and maintain range of motion followed by some targeted strength work and stretching. This is ideal for all bodies.
