The class offers a full body workout that moves through all muscle groups, completely fatiguing each area, then stretching them out to create long lean muscle instead of bulk. Through the class we will work through arms, abs, seat, and thighs- ending with a full body stretch.
Pure Barre is all based on small, isometric movements all throughout class making it low impact but high intensity. The smaller the movements, the bigger the change for your body. 50 minutes of focus all on your goals and your body.
