Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit as you alleviate stress, anxiety and depression with Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Participants are supported by blankets, pillows and bolsters in relaxing poses. Carrie will guide you into relaxation while offering the gentle healing energy of Reiki through light physical contact. No yoga experience is required and all levels are welcomed to attend. You may become cool as you are in these restful poses so it is encouraged to bring cozy socks and a long sleeve shirt. Pre-registration is required as spaces are limited.
