The Value Proposition is an intricate part of The Business Model Canvas. It is a positioning statement that explains what benefit you provide for who and how you do it uniquely well. It describes you target buyer, the problem you solve, and why you’re distinctly netter than the alternatives.
This class will zoom in on two blocks: Value Proposition and Customer Segment to help the entrepreneur:
