The Body: Armor, Avatars and Identity

Protection, Projection, Definition are all part of dealing with our own and other bodies. Body consciousness: form and fantasy are a huge part of growing up and that maturation process is lifelong with many chapters. Our bodies are our books. We crawl, totter, race and dance through each day of pages together and alone. Artistic representations of human face and figure have charted our growth as a  species. This is visually recorded time picturing The Hunt, tools of daily living, and quest for the unknown through ceremony. All people, all through time have these commonalities. We are all different. We are all the same.
