Waking our Body Mind Spirit up to the movement of Spring, with Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture. Both of these modalities work synergistically to promote the free flow of Energy/Qi, increase the flexibility of tendons and joint mobility, while nourishing the health of the body’s yin organs (lung, heart, pericardium, spleen, kidneys, and liver).
This extended yoga practice will opens and ends with restorative poses to give our Body Mind Spirit a rest. Yin poses, chosen for spring, will be practiced to stimulate Qi and nurture our joints. This practice will be complimented with aromatherapy, acupressure and gentle assists to enhance your experience.
Licensed Acupuncturist, Isabelle Davidowitz will select acupuncture points that are known as Spring seasonal points to assist in balancing and harmonizing your Body Mind Spirit during the extended Shavasana bliss.
