Ease into the day!
Each Thursday morning before Alive @ Five, start your day with free Yoga on the Creek led by Sol Yoga. Any level of practice is welcome, even if you’ve never tried yoga before!
7-8AM every Thursday, look for us at the Carroll Creek Ampitheater and bring your own mat!
