Maxwell’s Burgers & Shakes is a fast gourmet restaurant focusing on burgers & shakes made from the highest local ingredients we can find.
We opened Maxwell’s to be Frederick’s go to “to go” restaurant. The great cooking minds of The Wine Kitchen, our flagship restaurant, created a fun menu designed to satisfy all ages and appetites. Whether you prefer a burger made from local Angus beef, American wagyu, tuna, beets or “impossible meat” – you’ll find it here. Along with that, count on enjoying some of the most delicious fries, salads and shakes of your life.
We’re confident because we prepare our food using the freshest, most high quality ingredients – locally sourced whenever possible. All of our house-made vanilla and chocolate soft serve milkshakes are delicious on their own – but add fresh strawberries or house-made caramel for an out-of-body experience. Our shakes, as well as all the items on the kid’s menu, were individually taste tested by the children of our staff.
In addition to choosing recipes for their ingredients and signature preparation, we also selected menu items that travel well. This is important for those who intend to turn Maxwell’s “to go” into lunch at Carroll Creek Park, a picnic at a winery, or a dinner party in your backyard.
