The Airborne Public Safety Association, a nonprofit educational association in Frederick, MD is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Duties include managing incoming calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail, basic accounting functions, maintenance of membership database, assisting in event management, ordering supplies and providing general office support. Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, possess excellent communication skills and be proficient working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with AMS, CMS, event management, social media and HTML/website is greatly desired. Familiarity or background experience with nonprofit, member driven associations is preferred.
