Our Sales Professionals are responsible for dealing directly with our clients, upholding our high standards while seeing to their needs and ensuring an extraordinary experience that exceeds their expectations. We offer excellent hours and a comfortable schedule for retail (Tuesday-Saturday), as well as competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate for our Fine Jewelry Sales Professional position will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record of working productively with a wide range of team members and customers
- Outstanding follow up skills
- Confidence to take both direction and initiative to get a job done
- Exceptional observation, listening and conversation skills
- A high degree of flexibility and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed in the interest of customer satisfaction
- Natural curiosity and a strong drive to learn and grow
- A positive, optimistic outlook and a genuine respect for self and others
- A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience
Experience in Fine Jewelry sales is a plus – ability and willingness to learn is a must.
