Local eCommerce company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide personal and professional support to the company owner and management team as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties will likely include:
  • Local errands which may require use of a vehicle
  • Taking meeting minutes and related notes
  • Acting on behalf of the company owner or management team as a point of contact
  • Obtaining, confirming, and/or changing appointments, reservations, travel
  • arrangements, and other personal and professional engagements
  • Requirements and Preferred Attributes/Skills:
  • Access to personal vehicle at any time
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Frederick area (preferred)
  • Delicate handling of sensitive personal and professional information
  • Ease and experience with communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to situations as they arise
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A flair for working independently to resolve issues
  • Ability to be focused and detail-oriented
