Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year, based upon experience

Major Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate team
  • Set employee schedules
  • Create and enforce SOPs
  • Coordinate with, and schedule, food trucks / musicians
  • Create and maintain tap room experience (i.e, cleanliness, temperature, music, conduct)
  • Inventory and order merchandise, as needed (i.e, hats, shirts, etc)
  • Inventory and purchasing of consumables (i.e, cups, snacks, utensils, glassware)
  • Contribute to social media presence
  • On-site and off-site event coordination (parties, rehearsal dinners, beer festival, etc.)
  • Email and phone message responses
  • Maintain POS system including; tablet upkeep, updates, new items
  • Participate in beer sensory panels
  • Occasional decoration during holiday seasons
  • Other duties as assigned

Previous Experience & Other Requirements:

  • Previous management experience (at least one year)
  • Strong communication and self starting skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team.
  • Desire to learn and a willingness to be taught.
  • Ability to excel independently.
  • Sense of humor.
  • Love of craft beer.
  • Passion for people.
