Immediate opening for experienced Kitchen Manager for a Seafood Oriented restaurant located in Downtown Frederick. Minimum of 3 years kitchen experience and at least 1 year kitchen management experience.

Duties Include:

  • Controlling Quality and Consistency of product
  • Inventory Control
  • Tracking and controlling food costs
  • Labor Costs
