An ideal candidate is motivated, able to work independently, organized and detail oriented with strong writing skills. A sample of duties performed include: client intake, scheduling meetings and managing the principal attorney’s calendar, drafting and file complaints, research case law and draft memoranda, create document discovery binders, and manage settlement agreements. Occasional travel may be required for training, mediations, hearings, document preparation, and other meetings as required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
