A growing event rental and planning company seeks a marketing assistant to do the following:

  • Maintain and engage in company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to create presence
  • Reward program for positive review on site
  • Develop an affiliate program to generate sales
  • Increase customer base
  • Responsible for liquidation sale of party supplies
  • Various other administrative duties pertaining to the business including customer service, processing orders, and providing quotes to customers

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task & prioritize workload responsibilities
  • Terrific organizational skills
  • Highly proficient with computers, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the internet -Superb typing skills-minimum 40 wpm
  • Some college education preferred
  • Some experience helpful
