McClintock Distillery is hiring bartenders and tasting room associates for McClintock’s Back Bar and tasting room starting at $12/ hour plus tip compensation.
We are open to customers Wednesday through Sunday. This position will include opportunities to work in both the cocktail lounge as well as the tasting room which hosts weddings and other private events for additional pay. Please email all employment inquiries to info@mcclintockdistilling.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-serving craft cocktails inspired by our own spirits and local ingredients
-educating customers through our tasting experience
-selling bottled spirits to bar customers
-maintaining a clean and sanitary bar and lounge area
-maintain a safe environment by adhering to local liquor laws as well as health code requirements
-stocking and prepping ingredients i.e fruit, mixers, spirits
-maintaining knowledge of constantly developing spirits and cocktail recipes
-collaborating with management and other staff on recipe ideas and specials
QUALIFICATIONS:
-customer service experience in a bar or restaurant
-willingness to learn and train
-dependability and dedication
-ability to multi-task and adapt to quick situation changes
-communication and problem-solving skills
-pleasant and professional demeanor
-available to work at least four shifts a week
-TIPS certification (preferred but not required)
