Willy Wonka searching for his Charlie! Perfect Truffle is a locally owned and operated maker of fine chocolates and confections. We are looking for someone to manage daily operations of the shop and oversee the front of house team. The right person is professional, independent, enjoys interacting with others, and is curious about behind-the-scenes chocolate making. Daily tasks include Assisting customers Tracking inventory Keeping the shop orderly and clean Place orders for supplies Schedule and oversee other front of house team members Requirements Must be able to work weekends! This position requires being physically active, such as staying on your feet for extended periods of time and being able to lift 25lbs. Prior food experience is preferred. Social media experience is a plus.
