Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and brewery customer. Identify intoxicated individuals and keep their and others safety in mind. Learn and describe beer notes for available beers. Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department. Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally. Pour all drinks based on the company serving size and in the correct glassware for each style. Bus and clear dishes and empty glasses from the bar, front room, and patio. Wash dirty dishes and glassware in the correct manner as per the health department. Prepare, cook, and serve food under company and health code guidelines. Performing opening and closing duties in a timely manner. Attend, set up, and pour for beer festivals.
Part-Time work: 20 – 30 Hours / Week
Requirements: Must be 21+. Prior experience preferred.
