We’re hiring Inside Property Adjusters to work on site in our Frederick office. This role is a great fit for people with customer service, hospitality, call center, office, or administrative experience who want a more stable career path.

What You’ll Do
As an Inside Property Adjuster, you’ll help customers who are dealing with property damage. You’ll work from the office and handle claims from start to finish using technology and clear communication.

You’ll be trained to:

Speak with customers by phone, email, text, and video
Review property damage using photos and virtual tools (no field work)
Learn insurance guidelines and determine coverage
Create repair estimates and help resolve claims fairly
Work with contractors, vendors, and teammates
Document claim details clearly and accurately in our systems
✅ No insurance background required — paid training is provided

Schedule & Location
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotational Saturday duty (with schedule flexibility)
Must work in the office daily

Pay & Benefits
Salary range: $49,000 – $86,400 (based on experience)
