UR Nuts is a specialty nut shop located in the heart of Downtown Frederick, focused on thoughtfully crafted, freshly roasted nuts made in small batches. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join us for the 2026 Frederick Keys baseball season.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Game Day Sales Associate to run our nut stand at Frederick Keys stadium during the baseball season from May through August. This is a straightforward, customer-facing role that involves transporting prepackaged product from the shop to the stadium, setting up the booth, assisting customers, processing sales, and closing down the stand at the end of each game. No cooking is involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up prepackaged nuts from the shop before games
• Transport product and supplies to the Frederick Keys stadium
• Set up the booth before the game begins
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Sell products and maintain an organized, welcoming booth
• Close down and pack up the booth after each game

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Availability to work Thursday through Sunday during the season

Scheduling

• Thursday and Friday games: 7:00 PM
• Saturday games: Usually 6:00 PM, with one 1:00 PM game
• Sunday games: Typically 3:00 PM, with some at 2:00 PM or 6:00 PM

We plan to staff by assigning specific game days, so one person may consistently cover Thursdays while another covers Fridays, etc. However, if you are interested in working multiple days each week, we are open to that as well!
