Saturday’s Schedule
Trick-or-Treating and Fall Festivities
10am-12pm: On the Saturday before Halloween, Downtown Frederick turns into a trick-or-treat paradise – this year, it’s on October 29th! Our local business owners provide candy for the best ghouls, goblins, and bananas in town. There will also be some fun fall festivities like balloon art and face painting behind the old Firehouse @ 15 W Church St organized by Ruppert Companies.
Vintage VW Halloween Car Show
9am-12pm: Stop by Everedy Square & Shab Row during the Halloween in Downtown Frederick event to check out all the Vintage VWs. Some will be in their Halloween costumes, others will be showcasing their natural beauty! There will also be a few treats to gather if you’re in the business of trick-or-treating!
Tarot Card Readings
5:30pm-6:30pm: Come get your seat at Carroll Creek Amphitheater early! While you wait, two practiced Tarot Card readers – Blaire Caplain of Lonewolf District and Cynthia Scott of Gaslight Gallery – will be there to give you a glimpse into your future with brief one-card Oracle readings.
Halloween Movie Night
7pm-9pm: Carroll Creek Amphitheater is the place to be for a free, family-friendly movie night sponsored by Complete Cinema Co. Bundle up, bring your own blankets or chairs, and settle in for Coco! There will be a few snacks for purchase onsite. Check the event listing for more information.
