About the Project
Downtown Frederick Partnership, in collaboration with the Ausherman Family Foundation and the City of Frederick, is launching Carroll Creek Refresh — a focused initiative to enhance, repair, and thoughtfully improve one of Downtown Frederick’s most valued public spaces.
This initiative will assess current park conditions, identify priority maintenance and repair needs, and develop concept design alternatives for landscape enhancements and a future shade structure at the amphitheater. Community input is essential to ensure these improvements reflect how people use, experience, and value Carroll Creek.
This survey is designed to take approximately 15 minutes to complete. However, if you have in-depth knowledge of the park or want to provide detailed feedback on specific areas, features, or experiences, you are welcome to take as much time as you need. Your thoughtful input will be invaluable in helping the design team make informed decisions that reflect the full range of community perspectives and ensure that Carroll Creek remains a vibrant, welcoming, and well-maintained public space for everyone.
