Movie on the “Big Scream” returns this October 28th to the Carroll Creek Amphitheater as a family-friendly event! Hosted by the City of Frederick’s Parks & Recreation Department.
This year’s film will be Halloweentown. The event is FREE and FUN for all ages! Movie to begin at sundown around 6:30pm. COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!
