Join us July 19th for our Annual Pig Roast at the distillery. We have our whiskey mash-fed pork being smoked for 15 hours and served by our own Pitmaster Seth, around 4pm. Pork sliders are free with any tasting or purchase and is served with our house-made Matchstick BBQ sauce! We also have bands, summer cocktails and specials all day as well as Traditional Authentic Mexican food truck on site! We have exclusive tastings of our brand new Chokeberry Liqueur and Great Gambrill Brandy all day, and will be unveiling our brand new summer menu for the Back Bar.
