Join our very own third-generation winemaker Melissa Aellen and the Simple Theory team every Monday in March (6:30–7:30 PM) for a crash course in all things wine. Melissa has been immersed in winemaking since she was seven, learning the craft at her family’s side, and she’s always excited to share that knowledge with others.
