- Buy your Downtown Frederick Gift Card at the Frederick Visitor Center, open 7 days a week (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Easter) at 151 S East St in Downtown Frederick
- Call 301.600.4047 or 800.999.3613 to buy your Downtown Frederick Gift Card over the phone
- Purchase your gift card in any amount between $10–$500
- Pay with credit card, cash or corporate check
- Avoid inactivity fees! Use your card at least once every 12 months and the funds will never expire. However, after one year of inactivity, a monthly fee of $2.50 fee will be deducted from the card’s balance until it is used again.
- Activity means a purchase of any amount, other than fee imposition or adjustment due to error or prior transaction reversal
- Every time you use your Downtown Frederick Gift Card, your 12 month period re-starts
- Check your gift card balance at www.getmybalance.com
- If you’d like to use your Downtown Frederick Gift Card for a remote purchase (ordering something online or over the phone) and your card does not have the credit card information printed on the back, you can request the 16 digit credit card number associated with your gift card by calling 1.800.755.8713 and pressing * to speak with a customer representative
