My name is Susie Mencher and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am also the owner and sole operator of In Balance Massage Therapy. Opening up my own Massage Studio in Downtown Frederick is truly a dream come true.

Services Offered
Swedish Massage — This classic massage is relaxing and calming. Long strokes and gentle kneading will help you destress and unwind.
Deep Tissue Massage — Deep tissue massage uses slow deep strokes and sustained pressure throughout the massage. This massage can help alleviate tension in the inner layers of your muscles. Deep tissue massage can help relieve chronic muscle tension and address everyday pain and stiffness.
Custom Massage — Custom massage incorporates both Swedish and deep tissue into one massage. Deep tissue techniques can be used where needed and Swedish strokes on the areas that need more relaxation. As with all of the massages I offer, this massage will be customized to your specific needs.
Couples Massage — Come enjoy a massage with your partner, spouse, friend or family member. The two of you will have massages at the same time and in the same room by two different therapists.
Peppermint Scalp Rub/Migraine Relief Massage — This massage focuses on the head, scalp, neck and shoulders. Hot towels and peppermint essential oil are used. Peppermint has been shown to help control blood flow in the body and open up the sinuses for better oxygen flow.
