At Sol Yoga, our mission is to infuse and inspire health, wellness and wholeness into daily life through the practice of yoga. In our welcoming studios, students escape the stresses of life, rejuvenate their energies and improve their lives. We are committed to serving the community and encouraging people to care for themselves and others.

Sol yoga extends far beyond our mats and our studio space.  We are an established vibrant community filled with fun, intelligent, witty, soulful and sincere people living life a little better thanks to yoga.  We step out of our lives and into the studio for a stretch, a re-set, community connections, some peace, to build strength or to perhaps, to study and learn.

With multiple locations, 3 large studio spaces, and 3 small ones, we offer about 70 classes per week and oodles of amazing teachers. We’ve got all the yoga for all the people, anywhere.  Beyond classes, we offer private sessions, special workshops, transformational trainings and educational series, Ayurveda training and services, kids yoga, aerial yoga and we’ll even bring yoga to you with on-site programs.
