Host/Server/Bartender/Dishwasher

Agave 137 is a modern restaurant located in the heart of historical Downtown Frederick.

Host

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials
• Manage waitlist and reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stations
• Running food and bussing tables

Server

We are looking for an experienced server/host that is capable of filling both roles when need be. This will be a part time position will opportunities to reach full time!

• Serving experience
• Calm and capable under pressure
• Excellent communication
• Customer service
• POS (Toast)
• Restaurant/Bar experience 2-year minimum

Bartender

Must be capable of SPEED bartending and have an excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. Ability to stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Knowledge of second language a plus.

Dishwasher

Washes, stacks, sorts and stores dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware, while maintaining a clean kitchen and following all sanitation and cleaning procedures. Assists in food prep and other duties set forth by the chef and other managers as needed.
