An inside-the-track experience during the National Clustered Spires High Wheel Race on July 12!
FREE ENTRY and all ages are welcome. Gates open at 11am on Saturday, July 12 – before the race starts, you can get the best seat in the house. Once the race starts, attendees will need to cross the race track in order to get to the Lawn Party. Come to the corner of W Church St & N Court St, and a crossing guard will be there to assist. The event entrance will be at 101 N Court St.
We will have some bistro tables and chairs around the lawn, and feel free to bring your own comfy chair or a lawn blanket!
High Wheel Race Event Map
The start/finish line will be located in front of Brewer’s Alley Restaurant & Bar (124 N. Market St). The race course will be a 0.4 mile loop in the heart of historic downtown Frederick.
For the event, parking will not be allowed within the race course area. Please use one of the other streets for parking or one of the parking decks (see P markings on map above).
Food and Drinks
No outside food or beverages will be permitted – we will have free water and lots of local food and adult beverages for purchase. Must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Wristbands are required to buy alcohol and can be purchased within The Lawn Party for $10 and include your first drink. Additional drinks will require tokens which can be purchased for $6.
