The Frederick Arts Council is holding a fall fundraiser to support arts programming throughout the County.

Carousel horses from the Frederick Keys stadium have been refurbished and transformed by local artists. Find the horses on display around Downtown Frederick until the September 24, when they will be auctioned off live during the Frederick Arts Council’s Cocktails & Carousels event. Online bidding is also available through September 22 (online auction here).
