Lift your yoga experience to an entirely new level with playful exercise buddies! Laugh, relax, and de-stress with Goat Yoga by Goat for the Soul. This outdoor yoga class is great for all skill-levels and ages. Attendees must bring their OWN YOGA MAT OR BEACH TOWEL.

Class Location: the grassy park at the corner of E Church St & E 2nd St in Downtown Frederick (behind the shops of Everedy Square & Shab Row)
Weather: in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, attendees will be notified via email and refunded the $27 class fee
