David H. Wallace (1926-2024) was a well-known and loved member of the Frederick community and long-time volunteer in the Maryland Room of Frederick County Public Libraries. He was active in many of our County’s local history organizations. He published several transcriptions of Frederick primary sources, including diaries and records from All Saints Episcopal Church. In his work for the FCPL Maryland Room, Dr. Wallace indexed over 700 works, completely changing the way the Maryland Room, and its patrons, accessed these works.
