All of your favorite businesses will be handing out candy from 10am-noon, along with face painting at 30 N Market St with Woodsboro Bank.
Canines on the Creek | 12 pm – 5 pm
Join FSK Lions Club for their 6th annual celebration of all things doggies! Canines on the Creek is a fun parade and Halloween costume contest for pups and their best friends on Carroll Creek, plus exhibitors, food, prizes, demos and giveaways. Sign up here!
Movie on the Big Scream | 6 pm
City of Frederick Parks & Rec to host a FREE Halloween Movie Event at Carroll Creek Amphitheater.
This year’s picture is The Addams Family 2. Movie will begin at sundown.
