Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
