Frederick Hispanic Heritage Festival

This year’s October First Saturday in Downtown Frederick will feature the 4th Annual Frederick Hispanic Heritage Festival from 12 to 5pm, at Carroll Creek Park. Hosted by Centro Hispano de Frederick, the festival celebrates diverse cultures of Latin American residents in Frederick.
