It’s Happy Hour Season!
The Partnership’s biggest fundraiser, Alive @ Five, is an outdoor happy hour every Thursday from 5-8pm at the Carroll Creek Amphitheater. The 2025 season starts on Thursday, May 8 and runs through September 25.

Get your foodie on with offerings from Brewer’s Alley and rotating local food trucks available for purchase throughout the season.

No experience required! You’ll always see someone dancing on the Carroll Creek outdoor dance floor, especially on Salsa night!

Alive @ Five is a summer-long fundraiser for Downtown Frederick Partnership. Every drink token you buy and gate fee you pay is directly reinvested into the Downtown Frederick community through the Partnership’s work. Thank you to the many sponsors and partners who help make this event possible!

Alive @ Five Bag Policy
While there are no size restrictions, all bags are subject to a search by security prior to entering the event and can be denied for any reason. Alive @ Five is a private event gathering that requires a ticket upon entry. Attendees have the right to refuse a bag search, and staff has a right to refuse entry for any reason.
Prohibited items include:
Water bottles and containers of any kind
Firearms and weapons of any kind
Coolers
Tents
Laser pointers
Outside food
Drones or other flying apparatus
Complimentary bottled water will be available to all attendees during the event. However, water bottles must remain on-site and will be collected at the exit.
Security and management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual not in compliance.
